SERVICE KITS

Economical service kits are available for most models. These kits provide inexpensive insurance against down time due to pump failure. They include instructions and all the necessary small parts to do standard field service. Major part replacement should be sent to the factory for an estimate.

Parts included: Shaft seal, tank gasket when required, intake and exhaust valves, intake and exhaust vanes, and other parts as required per model.

Service Kit for Belt Drive

Economical Belt Drive service kits are inexpensive insurance against down time. They include instructions and the necessary parts for standard field maintenance. Major pump service should be referred to the factory. Kits include: tank gasket, shaft seal, valves, vanes, spring and pin sets, and shaft snap-ring.

MARVAC VACUUM PUMP OIL

#RO-1000 is a high quality, straight mineral oil. Since it is distilled oil with a narrow boiling range, it has a very low vapor pressure. The oil is especially formulated for use in vacuum pumps where it will tolerate exposure to very high vacuums with low levels of evaporation. Marvac Vacuum Pump Oil resists the formation of deposits and maintains its original lubricating properties over a long life. As it is a dehydrated oil, Keep containers well sealed to prevent contamination by moisture.

Based on available toxicological information, it has been determined that this product poses NO significant hazard to health when properly handled and used. No special precautions are suggested beyond attention to good personal hygiene. Wear oil-impervious gloves if prolonged or repeated skin contact is likely.
